During the visit
We listen first, then examine. If something needs attention, we show you on screen and talk through options before anything is scheduled.
After you leave
You get a written summary, home-care notes, and next-visit timing that matches urgency, not a preset package.
Bring if you have them
Insurance card, medication list, recent x-rays from another office, and questions you do not want to forget.
Family scheduling
Ask about booking kids and adults in the same window when that makes the day easier.
